Food was good. Atmosphere by water excellent. I split a plate with my friend. I realize a plate splitting fee is not out of the ordinary. But if you are charging a 24$ plate splitting fee on a 50$ entree, this should be told to you up front. This took us by surprise. Had we known, we would have gotten 2 entrees and taken the extra home.
Our visits are a bit non conventional after fun beach days, we put on a nice bathing suit cover up (dress like), dust the sand off and visit the restaurant at the outside bar and outside high top tables for happy hour. I can't attest for the inside of the restaurant or the dinner menu. During several visits my family has tried bang bang shrimp, small sliders, oysters (several times), and the dish we come for and always get a tuna POKE bowl :) I've had poke from many restaurants including Maui, and I really like how simple and fresh this one is. Everyone I bring loves it too. We've also brought a 3 year old once (outside high top table) with a dairy allergy and they were very accommodating. The bar food service is usually amazing and attentive with only 1 subpar experience from a server after multiple visits. I can't remember her name (I've only seen 1 female behind the bar every visit) she's great and seems very genuine and sweet.
We had a very good meal at FISH , we had the grilled octopus , shrimp tempura roll and lobster Mac and cheese for appetizers. They were all really good choices. Dinner we had Grouper , chicken Milanese which was also very good. Billy was a fabulous server, will request him next visit !
Wow pleasantly surprised with the setting, the food and the excellent Service. Be sure and ask for Pancho. We started with Blue Point Oysters and the checked out the Clam Chowder and both passed with flying colors. We ended with the Crunchy Tuna Roll which was Outstanding! Mark & Doris
Ok, so let me be completely honest. Hands down best crab cake I've ever had in my life! I went to Maryland and this crab takes the cake!! Now the rest of the food was good but not amazing. A little flavor was lacking from my potatoes and my fish. The cocktails were very good and so was the service The ambiance - sitting near the water is serene and the live music was such a nice touch. I will definitely be back but more for the appetizers and cocktails this time. Maybe I'll give the main entrees another whirl.
We came here for lunch with friends on a beautiful day and took advantage of the alfresco dining. The restaurant has a nice location overlooking the water. Service was good. We had clam chowder, caesar salads, burger, & lobster sushi roll. One of the caesar salads went from $16 to $32 because the waiter suggested adding a protein. Talk about an upsell. Food was good overall and Fish does offer a very nice ambiance with lovely views.
